    Alliance Towing primarily serves Lancaster County and its surrounding areas. Depending on our availability, we may be able to extend our services to more distant locations.

    Our response times can vary based on your location and current traffic conditions. Typically, our average wait time ranges from 30 to 60 minutes.

  • Can you help if I'm locked out of my car?

    Yes, we offer lockout services as part of our comprehensive roadside assistance package. This also includes jump-starts, fuel delivery, and flat tire changes in addition to our towing services.

  • Do you tow vehicles from private property?

    Alliance Towing does provide towing services for unauthorized or abandoned vehicles on private property. However, we require proper authorization from the property owner before proceeding with the tow.

  • How much does towing cost?

    Our towing rates are determined by factors such as distance, vehicle type, and the specific service required. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before initiating any tow to avoid unexpected charges. We accept cash, major credit cards, and in certain cases, insurance or motor club coverage.
